Ownership Transfer

If you are buying or selling a NAPHA registered horse please use the following form to transfer ownership. You will need the membership number from the horse's seller and the buyer will need to be an active NAPHA member to successfully transfer ownership.

​Proof of purchase will need to be shown to transfer horse registration or seller will need to approve the transfer as requested by NAPHA. Upon approval, and completed transfer paperwork, new owner will be sent a new certificate of registration.
